Sustainability is a diverse and ever-changing subject, and one that is growing in importance. One key to making progress on the sustainability of our building infrastructure is to consider all materials and products.

This course is designed to provide a summary of key building code and regulatory information as they relate to emergency escape and rescue openings (commonly referred to as egress), accessibility to the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the federal Fair Housing Act (FHA) and guidelines/trends related to "Aging in Place".
