How do I open a charge account?

Answer: Please complete the Credit Application. Save a copy of your completed form. Sign and mail the completed form * to TW Perry, Attn: Credit Department, 8101 Snouffer School Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. Please contact credit@twperry.com with any questions.

How do I open a cash account?

Answer: Complete and submit a cash account form. Allow two working days for the account to be created.

How can I contact the credit department?

Answer: Please call 240-364-0274 or 240-364-0413, fax 240-403-2233 or email us at Credit@twperry.com.

Where can I mail my payment?

Answer: All charge account customers can mail their payments to:

Where can I get copies of all my invoices and statements?

Answer: You can sign up for online access at twperry.billtrust.com.

How do I pay online?

Answer: You can make a payment on our online billing site located at twperry.billtrust.com.

When is the discount date for early payment on charge accounts?

Answer: Our discount date is the 10th of the month or the following working day.

What are my payment terms?

Answer: Our payment terms are Net 25th. All billed invoices are due by the 25th of each month.

How do I update my list of Authorized purchasers?

Answer: Email a list of authorized purchasers to Credit@twperry.com.

How do I sign up for online access to my account?

Answer: Make note of your TW Perry account number located in the upper right of on any invoice or statement. Visit the registration page, enter your account number in the 'Customer Number' field and then click the 'Create an Account' button.

I lost the password to my online account. How can I reset the password?

Answer: Visit the password reset page, enter the email address you used to register for the account, and click the 'E-mail new password' button.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Answer: Our trucks provide delivery service within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Our next-day delivery region extends west to Winchester, Va and east to Chestertown, MD across the Chesapeake Bay. Regular deliveries extend north into York, PA and south to Winchester, VA. Deliveries outside of our standard region are possible, but may require additional lead time and/or fees. Please contact a TW Perry salesperson for further details.

What days do you deliver?

Answer: Our trucks operate Monday through Friday.

What are your delivery costs?

Answer: Delivery within our standard delivery region is free to all customers for orders over $1,000. Select customers with a TW Perry account (based on annual purchase volume) receive free delivery on all orders within our standard delivery region. Orders that do not meet the requirements for free delivery, will be charged a reasonable delivery fee. For additional details on our delivery policies, visit our delivery terms page.

Does TW Perry sell to homeowners as well as contractors?

TW Perry is happy to serve homeowners as well as contractors. Our convenient locations, quality products, and knowledgeable staff will make shopping with us a breeze. Do I need an appointment to visit your showrooms?

While appointments are not necessary, they are preferred. This will ensure that we have a knowledgeable member of our staff ready for you as soon as you arrive. If you are working with one of our contractors, it is best to ask the contractor to arrange the showroom appointment with their assigned salesperson.

Does TW Perry offer estimating services?

TW Perry offers an extensive line of estimating services to include, framing lumber, engineered lumber, windows, doors and more. A set of dimensioned architectural drawings is required for estimating. Charges for estimating services may apply. Please contact a TW Perry salesperson for more information.
