TWP Enterprises, Inc. (TW Perry) Announces Agreement to Purchase Peoples Supply Co. Inc.

TWP Enterprises, Inc. (“TW Perry”), a leading privately-held, veteran-owned building materials dealer announced today the purchase of Peoples Supply Co., Inc. (“PSC”) based in Hyattsville, Maryland.
Founded in 1932, PSC serves the Prince George’s County, MD, Washington, DC and surrounding areas with a contractor yard and retail store located in Hyattsville, Maryland. PSC is a leading provider of lumber, building materials and other quality products and expands TW Perry presence in the surrounding market.

The current management team of PSC will continue to manage the day-to-day operations of the location.
