" Clients for Life." This campaign is aimed at adding and retaining clients by
meeting and exceeding their home improvement and remodelling expectations.
"Partnering with the company like TW Perry will play a major role in our
campaign," says Case Alliance Manager Debbie Cain. " In the Washington area,
the typical Case client has a certain level of expectation. They want
top-quality products as well as superior service, "she says. 'In order to keep
them as client for life, we need to exceed their expectations, so we are very
particulatr about our suppliers. They need to aligned with our goals and share
our vision or we will fall short."
Cain adds, "TW Perry excels at client relationships. They do an excellent job
with building and fostering relationshops with our sales people. They go the
extra mile to provide good service and to educate our staff on their products.
This information is then passed on to our clients. It makes perfect sense for
us to partner with them."
Being able to deliver top-quality products and exceptional customer service is
a crucial point for Case's campaign. "In the era of clients wanting it done
now, TW Perry definitely fits the bill, "says Case Project Manager Tom Craze. "
They are the top dogs as far as suppliers go. And I have been in this business
a long time. They always have materials in stock with a fast turnaround time."
"It is definitely a plus when I can tell a client that their materials will be
in on a certain date and those materials arrive before the scheduled time."
says Craze. " You don't often get that type of service from suppliers in our
industry . I think TW Perry has a great understanding of customer service
across the board. If I have concerns or questions, they are always able to
provide a real world solution.
As with Case, being a larger company has advantages. "As one of the largest
independent supploers in the area, TW Perry has everything you need. It's a
one-stop shop for all of your building supplies," says Case Remodelling
Consultant Randy Collier. "You can't beat their large selections, good quality
materials, close proximity to our offices and multiple locations, especially in
this region where traffic can be a nightmare!"
In 2006, TW Perry recieves Case's Supplier of the Year Award, based on feedback
from Case project managers and sales people.
Adds Doug Kelly, Vice President of Sales for TW Perry, "Case Design/Remodelling
continues to be a loyal and valued customer, thanks largely to the facilitation
efforts of Jennifer Nugent, marketing coordinator, and our sales staff
